Job Details

We’re based in Westminster near 72nd and Federal, with office hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.



This position will begin as part-time, working 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM for the first 30 days while we assess fit and training progress. After the initial period, hours may increase based on performance and business needs.

Office Administrator

  • Respond to and assist with all cleaners’ needs
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning documents
  • Keep the office clean, organized, and welcoming for the team
  • Call new clients within 24 hours of their first clean to check satisfaction and record feedback
  • Keep accurate records using spreadsheets and software (client details, sales numbers, monthly stats, etc.).
  • Monitor and restock office and cleaning supplies; track inventory and place timely orders.
  • Mix cleaning solutions safely and according to company guidelines.
  • Send thoughtful cards and messages (birthdays, sympathy, celebrations) to clients and team members
  • Prepare logo shirts, maintain vacuums, tools, and cleaning supplies to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Support hiring and onboarding by helping with interviews, organizing new-hire paperwork, and preparing training materials
  • Make monthly check-in calls to select clients to ensure they feel cared for and supported
  • Manage simple recognition efforts for employees (birthdays, milestones, shout-outs)
  • Assist with additional office tasks as needed to support smooth daily operations and live out our CARING & SHINES values
