Bucket & Shine was born from a season of realignment, choosing family, purpose, and meaningful work. After transitioning from a paralegal career, our founder began cleaning Airbnbs as a way to stay close to her youngest daughter. What began with intention soon grew into something much bigger: an opportunity to serve people well, build trust, and create real impact through everyday work.
As demand grew, so did the vision. Bucket & Shine evolved into a mission-driven company rooted in care, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. We believe clean, well-kept spaces create clarity, calm, and more time for people to live fully, and that kind of service matters.
