Job Details:
We are located in Westminster off 72nd and Federal. Office hours are Monday -Friday 8:30-5:00. The working hours for this role are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. This is a full-time position.
The position entails providing assistance to cleaning technicians and owner.
Requirements:
Must be flexible and able to adapt to constant changes, thriving in a fast-paced sometimes stressful environment while effectively managing shifting priorities
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Google Docs and Sheets
Experience with QuickBooks and Canva and Cricut a plus
Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Have ability to work independently & proactively with little supervision
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

This is an in-person position. Must speak, read and write English
Be comfortable driving your personal vehicle to perform house checks
Summary of Responsibilities:
Respond to and assist with all cleaners’ needs
Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying and scanning documents
Assist with data entry and record keeping using various software programs
Follow up calls on all initial first time cleans within 24 hours of cleaning
Call all clients once a month to make sure things are going well
Create all new hire packets and supplies in advance
Maintain the client spreadsheet for all clients
Maintain and order office and cleaning supplies
Mix cleaning solutions, refill jugs, refill tool shelves
Send birthday cards, sympathy, other correspondence to clients/employees
Maintain birthday schedule, gift, recognition for employees
Check Vacuums, clean and maintain
Manage and maintain all inventory
Make logo shirts
Maintain records and monthly stats (sales, spreadsheets, etc.)
Perform thorough quality checks on all house cleanings to ensure high standards are consistently met
Assist Cleaners’ on supply days
Prepare new hire kits (badges, cleaning kits, notebooks)
Responsible for setting up and cleaning up all meetings to ensure a tidy and organized environment
Monthly newsletters to clients & employees
Perform various other office duties as needed to support smooth operation
